US Returns

  • We will only accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition, provided the original tags are still attached and match the order or invoice documents, for a refund or exchange.
  • Swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if the hygiene seal is intact and has not been removed or broken.
  • Please do not combine multiple orders in a single return, as this can complicate processing for our team. To ensure a smooth return process, please initiate separate returns for each order number.

How to return?

  1. You can always return items within 30 days from your purchase date, excluding items marked as “Final Sale” or other similar designation. Start your return here: https://edikted.happyreturns.com/
  2. Enter your order number and zip code to begin processing your return inquiry.
  3. Select the items you wish to return.
  4. Choose your preferred return option: either via the post office or a Happy Returns location.
  5. After you submit your inquiry, you will receive an email with either a QR code or a shipping label.
  6. If you plan to drop off your items at a Happy Returns Bar, no packaging is needed. However, if you choose to send your return through the post office, please securely package your items (if possible, use the original packaging, as this is important for a smooth return process).
  7. Save your receipt and tracking number until you receive your refund.
  8. Once you drop off your items through the Happy Returns Bar, you should receive an email confirmation of your refund. If you returned the items through the post office, an email confirmation will be sent to you in due course after our receipt of your items and your refund will be processed. After your refund is issued, you will receive a notification via email. Please allow an additional three days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

* For all US returns, we will deduct $4.90 from your refund amount whether you opt for one of our return bar locations or print a return label. All US exchanges are free of charge, but each item is limited to one exchange per order.START RETURN

  2. Enter your order number and email to begin.
  3. Select the items you’d like to return.
  4. Print the return label and attach it to the outside of your package. If possible, use the original packaging.
  5. Drop off your package at your local post office to send it back to us.
  6. Save your receipt and tracking number until you receive your refund.
  7. Once your package arrives at our local hub and we confirm it conforms with our return criteria, an email confirmation will be sent to you in due course and your refund will be processed. After your refund is issued, you will receive a notification via email. Please allow an additional three days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

* Customers returning from the UK have the option to return items using a prepaid return label for a fee of £5.

  7. Make sure to request a trackable return so we can monitor the whereabouts of your package.
  8. Save your receipt and tracking number until you receive your refund.
  9. Once we receive your returned items and we confirm it conforms to our return criteria, an email confirmation will be sent to you in due course and your refund will be processed.
