OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Edikted Scratcher Card Promotion (“Promotion”) is open only to visitors of the Participating Store (defined below) who are (i) legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, and (ii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Entry. Employees of Edikted, participating vendors (if any), their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective participating advertising, promotions, and public relations agencies as well as members of their families and/or those living in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction which prohibits or restricts any aspect of the Promotion, you are prohibited from participation. Edikted may request, at any time, that you provide proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of residency. Any entrant or participant of the Promotion (each, a “Participant”) who does not prove eligibility as requested will be excluded from the Promotion. The Promotion is: (a) governed by these official rules (the “Official Rules”), (b) void where prohibited or restricted by law; (c) subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; and (d) subject to the decisions of Edikted, which shall be binding. By entering, you agree that you have read and consent to be bound by these Official Rules, and Edikted’s privacy policy, available here. Eligibility is conditioned on the acceptance of these Official Rules and Edikted’s privacy policy at time of entry.

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotions take place on the opening date of each Participating Store (as defined in Section 3 below, each an “Opening Date”), between November 15, 2025, and November 22, 2025, during specific hours to be determined on the relevant Opening Date and updated on Edikted.com (each a “Promotion Period”). Edikted’s computer is the official time-keeping device. All Entries (defined below) must be submitted and received during the Promotion Period. 

  1. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, Participants may enter by spinning the prize wheel branded “Spin-to-Win” located in the Edikted store at 19501 Biscayne Boulevard, Aventura, FL 33180 (“Aventura Store”), 1961 Chain Bridge Rd, Tysons, VA 22102 (“Tysons Store”), and 160 N Gulph Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406 (“King of Prussia Store”) (each a “Participating Store”) (an “Entry”).

Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Promotion Period. Participants may not use multiple email accounts to enter into the Promotion. 

  1. THE WINNERS

Each Participant will be eligible to win a Prize (defined below) by spinning the prize wheel (“Winner”). A stationary arrow on the wheel will indicate the Prize won, subject to verification by Sponsor’s staff. The eligible Prizes are listed in Section 5 below. The Edikted’s application of these Official Rules are final and binding.

  1. The Winner will be notified immediately after the spin comes to a stop and indicates  the Prize won. 
  2. The Winner must communicate acceptance to Edikted immediately after such notification from Sponsor’s staff working the Spin-to-Win wheel.

Any failure of the Winner to accept their Prize will result in forfeiture of the Prize. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the Winner will be declared an official winner of the Promotion. Edikted’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion and awarding of any Prize will be final and will not be subject to review or appeal by any Participant or by any third party.

The eligible prizes awarded to the Winner(s) (the “Prizes”) are as follows:

    3. Prize Description: A Participant will only be eligible to win one (1) of the above Prizes listed. 
    4. Prize Validation: All Prizes are valid for seven (7) days following the Promotion Period of the relevant Participating Store and may be used for in-store purchases only. 
  2. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Edikted in its sole discretion. Taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s).

The Prize is for personal use only and is not transferable. You may not alter, give away or exchange the Prize for other goods. Receiving the Prize depends on the Participant’s eligibility as determined by Edikted in its sole discretion. Edikted will not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize or any component thereof for any reason. The potential Prize winner(s) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and a Confidentiality Agreement.  

  1. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU

As a condition of Entry, to the extent applicable, Participants agree that Edikted will have the right to use, copy, modify, and make available their Entry in connection with the operation, conduct, administration, advertising, and promotion of the Promotion and of Edikted via communication to the public, including, but not limited to, the right to make screenshots, animations, and video clips available to the public for promotional and publicity purposes. By participating in the Promotion or accepting the Prize, each Participant hereby grants to Edikted or Edikted’s designee (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing if requested) the perpetual right to use his/her entry, name, biographical information, photos, likeness, and statements in any medium now known or hereafter discovered for its promotional, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes at any time, without review or approval and without compensation being required, except where otherwise prohibited by law. Edikted reserves the right to publish the announcement of the Winner(s) and the aforesaid information in any additional media platform, site, or social media channel of choice. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant waives any claim with respect to the aforesaid.

  1. RELEASE; WAIVER

By entering the Promotion, each Participant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Edikted, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance of the Prize. Participant hereby waive all rights to: (i) claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of-pocket costs; and (ii) have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  Further, Edikted is not responsible for any (a) electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, or destruction, (b) unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, (c) technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic computer, hardware or software malfunctions, or limitations of any kind, or (d) inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Edikted on account of technical problems or traffic congestion via mobile phone or otherwise. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, act of God, or any other causes which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Edikted reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason without further obligation or advance notice. Edikted reserves the right, but does not have any obligation, to select winners from eligible Entries received as of the termination date. Edikted further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

  1. DISPUTES. 

Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, Participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Edikted in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of California.

  1. GENERAL 

These Official Rules are the entire agreement between Edikted and the Participants of the Promotion. These Official Rules sum up the rights and obligations of the Participants and Edikted, and by participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees and declares that it has read and understood these Official Rules, accepts the provisions included in them and undertakes to act in accordance with them.

Edikted reserves its right to cancel the Promotion at any time or change the provisions of these Official Rules at its sole discretion. 

Each Participant declares that he/she is aware that despite all efforts invested in the various systems, these systems are not full proof of errors or faults, including due to human errors or technical difficulties (e.g., errors that prevent the posting of certain video clips, changes of the Promotion’s dates, etc.). If for any reason (including, without limitation, due to a technical or a human error), a video clip is not published and/or the detail of a Participant or a possible winner or a wrong winner is announced (one or more), Edikted will not bear any liability, and the Participants will have no right or claim against Edikted with respect to the Promotion.

In any event of contradiction or discrepancy within these Official Rules or other publishing in any media platform and/or the relevant promotional copy, the provisions of these Official Rules will prevail.

  1. CAUTION

Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Edikted reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent of the law. 

  1. NO THIRD-PARTY SPONSORS

Unless otherwise expressly provided by Edikted, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with, any person or other entity, including any third party, other than Edikted. NAMES, LOGOS AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE USED FOR PROMOTION PURPOSES AND/OR PRIZE DESCRIPTION ONLY.  ALL TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS, TRADE NAMES, TRADE DRESS, PRODUCT NAMES, AND LOGOS APPEARING IN THE PROMOTION ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS; USE DOES NOT IMPLY AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

For a copy of the winners’ list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked within 90 days after the Promotion Period ends to Edikted LLC, 1327 Willow Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013, Attention Edikted Spin-to-Win Winner’s List Request.
